Homecoming 2010

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to browse our newly updated webpage. To find it, go to KSDEAF.org. Open the ALUMNI tab at the top of the page. Here you can check out the 150th Celebration.

Also, under the ALUMNI tab you can find Homecoming 2010. This year's Homecoming activities will be held on September 18, 2010 here at Kansas School for the Deaf. The boys will play football against the Iowa boys. The KSD girls will play volleyball against the Iowa girls. You may buy Homecoming Tickets. The form is found in this section. Click on "Homecoming Tickets", print and fill out the form and mail it with a money order or check.

There are several changes in the KSD administration including four new administrators and one interim administrator. Madeleine Burkindine now will be superintendent at both the Kansas School for the Deaf and also the Kansas School for the Blind. Luanne Barron will serve as Assistant Superintendent at KSD. Petra Horn-Marsh will be the interim head teacher at Emery Elementary Center until a new principal is hired. John Martello will serve as Director of Operations at both KSD and the School for the Blind.

You can come and meet all of them during our KSDAA Banquet on Saturday night, September 18, 2010.
